I’ve been trying to get a response and, nothing yet. It’s kind of frustrating because I’m not even asking for much, just any kind of update would help. I keep checking back, then forgetting about it, then getting annoyed all over again. Still no reply.

I was disappointed with this. The material felt really cheap, and the stitching started coming loose way sooner than I expected. For the price, I really thought the quality would be better.

As someone with sensitive skin, I noticed right away that this felt scratchy and a lot heavier than I expected. I really wanted it to be cozy, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me at all.

These were really comfy at first, so I was happy with the purchase. But after a few months, the seams started coming apart, which was disappointing. I hate feeling like I paid for something and didn’t get enough use out of it, so I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

I ordered one from theoodie.com and the sizing was way off. I expected it to be oversized in that cozy, relaxed kind of way, but it just felt bulky and awkward on me instead.

The sleeves were way too long and the whole body felt massive, even though I checked the size guide before buying. What made it more annoying was dealing with the usual automated help stuff afterward, because sometimes you just want an actual person to understand the issue

This thing is seriously soft and cozy, like annoyingly comfy in the best way. It feels really nice on my skin and I’ve been reaching for it a lot. I knocked off one star because it’s a chunky little thing and feels a bit too bulky for me, but overall it’s still great.

I washed it a couple times now and it’s still really soft, which made me happy because it reminded me of pulling fresh blankets out of the laundry as a kid. No real issues so far. The only thing is it dries kind of slow, so I just plan for a little extra time.

I ordered from The Oodie thinking it would show up in about a week, but it ended up taking much longer than that. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but the lack of clear updates made it really frustrating.
The tracking barely changed for days, so I had no idea where my order actually was or whether it had even moved. I contacted customer service and they did reply, but it was basically just a vague “please wait” response, which wasn’t very helpful.
The product itself is fine now that it’s finally here, but the whole shipping experience was annoying. A bit more straightforward communication would have made a big difference

I tried ordering from The Oodie and the whole site was a mess. It kept freezing right when I got to checkout, my cart randomly changed twice, and then my discount code just disappeared for no Reason. Pages were loading super slow too, and I couldn’t really tell what was actually in stock. I ended up giving up after wasting way too much Time. Not a smooth shopping experience at all

I thought this was going to be way warmer. It looks so cozy in person, but when I actually wore it, it just felt bulky and kind of awkward without doing much. I kept sitting there like I was practically begging it to keep me warm, which made me a little resentful because that’s the whole reason I bought it. I still ended up needing a blanket on cold nights. Not really worth it for me

I really like the cozy, fun look of it, but the oversized shape feels like a lot on me?? It’s cute, just a bit bulkier than I expected.

I ordered from theoodie.com the tracking was useless. It just sat on the same status for days, so I had no clue where my parcel actually was or when it might show up. The order did arrive in the end, but the waiting around was frustrating. On top of that, the reminder emails/messages felt a bit aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying. They really need to improve their order updates and tone down the reminders.

Ordered from The Oodie and yeah, delivery was rough. It took way longer than expected, and the tracking barely moved. For days I had no idea where my package was.

I messaged support, but the replies were super basic. Not much help. It did show up eventually, just late. that was enough to put me off ordering again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size Oodie, so I ended up having to send it back. The return form itself wasn’t hard to deal with, although I did have to wait a couple of days before hearing anything back, which was a bit annoying.

The refund came through about a week after they received the return. I wouldn’t call the process quick, but it did get sorted in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d probably order from them again, just a bit more carefully next time.

I got this for my sister as a gift, and she did seem to like it at first. But after a bit she said it felt kind of bulky and probably wouldn’t be something she’d wear all the time. It’s not bad at all, and I still think it’s a nice idea, but I had this feeling it just really depends on the person. For some people it’ll work, for others it might just feel like a little too much.

I don’t get how this is okay. For what you’re paying, I expected way more, but it just feels ridiculously overpriced. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion...
